Service Guarantee
We offer 100% guarantee on all hair services within one week after they were performed. You may rebook appointment at anytime within the first week. Color and Perm services are guaranteed only with use of recommended at home care products. We do not refund money.

Product Returns
We offer 100% satisfaction on all our hair care products within one week after purchase. If you decide that it is not the right product for you we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product. Provided it's in oringinal condition at time of purchase. We do not refund money.

Children
We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy area combine to make any salon a dangerous environment for young children. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen.
Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse or older child. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the seating area.
We want the services you receive at Harmoni Salon to be a relaxing experience for you.
If you’re late
We request our guest to be as punctual as possible to their scheduled appointments. We commit ourselves to being as flexible as possible, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee your full appointment time, this is to ensure that our next guest receives their full appointment time.
Cancellations
If an appointment needs to be canceled we ask that you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Not calling within 24 hours to cancel your appointment will result in a $25.00 Cancellation Fee to your next scheduled appointment.
No calls and no shows results in other clients missing the opportunity to take your time slot if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.
First time offenders will receive one grace.
